Is my address safe for delivery?
We always want to make sure your friends arrive safely and securely. For the best delivery experience, we recommend selecting a private, secure residential address where packages can be received directly by you.
Please note that student accommodation, shared buildings, and addresses with central reception areas are not always considered secure for delivery. In these cases, packages may be accepted on your behalf by third parties, and we’re unable to guarantee their safe onward handling.
Because of this, deliveries made to these types of addresses may not be eligible for claims or reimbursement if an issue occurs. To help avoid any disruption, we would recommend using an address where the package can be delivered directly into your care wherever possible.
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
During checkout, our website shows the available delivery methods for your destination, the price, and the estimated delivery time in business days from being shipped.
Estimated delivery days are the number of days our delivery partners aim to deliver by but are not guaranteed.

Why are there different location-based websites?
We have different websites to best serve our global community. We’ve always had these but now have the option to switch between them in the footer to provide more options for all customers. Orders placed on the UK (£GBP) website or the Global (€EUR) website are shipped from our UK warehouse. Orders placed on our North America ($USD) website are shipped from our US warehouse. Transit times and delivery costs will vary according to your destination.
When will my order ship?
Orders are sent straight away to be picked and packed as soon as the confirmation button is pushed!
These estimates can be affected by holidays and the quantity of orders being processed through the warehouse.
In all cases, exceptions exist for remote areas and delivery times vary from country to country. We provide estimates to help you plan your orders, but we cannot promise or guarantee delivery times because of factors outside our control.
How much will shipping cost?
We offer a variety of delivery options. The shipping page on our website will show our current delivery options, estimated journey times, and costs accordingly. For most destinations, we aim to offer a standard tracked service and express service.
Our Standard and Priority services are optimized based on the destination, so your order may be delivered via UPS or USPS.
Our Express and Expedited services will be delivered via UPS.
We cannot deliver to Armed Forces at this time.

Is it possible to track my order?
Absolutely! All of our shipping options come with tracking information. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch, including a tracking link, to the email address you entered when ordering.
If you do not see this email in your inbox after a couple of days of placing your order, please check your junk folder.
Where will my order ship from?
Your order will be expertly packed and shipped with care by our fantastic team, located in Memphis, Tennessee.
What should I do if my order is late?
We keep in close contact with our carrier partners to make sure delivery estimates are correct, keeping them as up to date as possible. Sadly, conditions out of our control or local weather events can occasionally cause a delay.
If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time frame or something looks unusual on the carrier tracking pages, please contact us! Please reach out straight away as we may not be able to assist if the dispatch date has passed 30 days.
Any late order that you no longer wish to keep can be returned for a refund. For more information on this, please refer to our returns policy.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box address?
If you’re shipping to a PO Box, please choose standard or priority shipping. We do not ship to PO Boxes via expedited methods and we do not ship to PO Box addresses in Canada or Mexico.
